IMAGINARY, Alman-Türk Bilim Yılı çerçevesinde Türkiye’de! Alman Bilim ve Eğitim Bakanlığı (BMBF) tarafından desteklenen bu yılın anafikri, iki ülke arasındaki bilimsel bağları, matematik sergileri düzenleyerek ve matematik iletişimi alanında ağlar oluşturarak güçlendirmek.
Bugün IMAGINARY platformunu Türkçe olarak başlatıyoruz. Sayfanın en üstünde dil seçeneklerinden “Türkçe”yi seçerek ya da doğrudan www. imaginary.org/tr adresinden Türkçe IMAGINARY sitesini izleyebilirsiniz.
Proje kapsamında bazı yazılımları ve gösterimleri de Türkçeleştireceğiz. Türkiye’de birkaç etkileşimli sergi düzenlenecek; ilki 29 Nisan’da İstanbul’da başlayacak. Sergiler, yerleri ve tarihleri şöyle:

Yerel insiyatiflerle birkaç şehirde daha sergiler ve ayrıca bazı okul projeleri ve medya etkinlikleri de planlanıyor. Bilimsel ve kamusal ortakları buluşturmak ve uzun vadeli işbirlikleri kurmak istiyoruz.
Matematikçileri, başka alanlarda bilim insanlarını, siyasetçileri, öğrencileri, matematiğe ilgi duyan tüm kişileri ve medyayı, etkinliklere katkıda bulunmaya davet ediyoruz. Birlikte çalışmak istiyorsanız lütfen bize şu adresten ulaşın: turkey@imaginary.org.
Ayrıca dikkatinizi Matematik Kafası adlı projeye de çekmek isteriz. Soru-cevap bağlamında çalşan bu platform Türkçe konuşan matematik camiasına hitap ediyor. Projenin amacı, yüksek kalitede matematik içeriğini Türkçe üretmek ve matematik meraklılarını dinamik, çevrimiçi bir ortamda buluşturmak.
