SURFER 2048 - ¡simple y adictivo!

El juego 2048 original fue creado por el joven programador italiano de 19 años Gabriele Cirulli (ver el originall). Este juego online se ha convertido en todo un fenómeno viral, probablemente por lo atractivo de su simplicidad. ¿Todavía no te has enganchado?

Pero cuidado, es endiabladamente adictivo. Cada casilla muestra una bella superficie algebraica animada, cada vez más complicadas. El grado de las superficies y el número de singularidades crecen a medida que avanza el juego. También puedes seguir jugando una vez ganado el juego, para conseguir más puntos y batir el récord de tus amigos.

Las imágenes se han obtenido con  SURFER por Bianca Violet, basándose en ecuaciones de Oliver Labs. La versión del juego la ha realizado  Christoph Knoth, con la ayuda de Andreas Matt y Christian Stussak.

Para saber más sobre la matemática de las superficies algebraicas que aparecen, puedes ver el muestrario de superficies dentro del programa SURFER.   Las superficies que aparecen en el juego son:

32 - Cúbica de Caley

128 - Quíntica de Togliatti

¿Cuál es la estrategia ganadora? Si quieres descubrirlo por tí mismo, ¡deja de leer ahora!

Pistas que encontramos útiles, en orden de prioridad:

1. Los valores más grandes deberían estar siempre en una esquina.
2. Construye filas y líneas (o cadenas) de figuras consecutivas incrementándose hacia esa esquina.
3. Junta casillas con la misma imagen para ganar espacio y evitar ahogar el tablero.
4. No olvides tus necesidades básicas como comer y dormir.
