The 14th “Salon de la culture et des jeux mathématiques” takes place in Paris from May 30 to June 2, 2013. Under the patronage of Étienne Ghys, this year’s event presents various activities related to the topic “Mathematics of Planet Earth”, amongst others.
The “Salon de la culture et des jeux mathématiques” is a yearly fair organized by the “Comité International des Jeux mathématiques” (CIJM) that highlights the richness of connections between many cultural areas and mathematics.
This year the event takes place for the 14th time and provides over 70 stands for entertainment, culture and math games, meetings and scientific discussions. IMAGINARY will participate with an interactive SURFER station.
