The Heidelberg Laureate Forum Foundation invites you from July 20 to August 10, 2014, in the train station Heidelberg Altstadt, to cast a glance at mathematical creations “with the eyes of mathematics” in a way you might have never done before.
The exhibits belong to geometry, which is only one of many mathematical fields (albeit an important one) .
The exhibition visits Heidelberg for the first time and promises to be an exciting and varied experience for younger and older visitors alike.

With Morenaments you can easily paint symmetrical patterns in one of the 17 symmetry groups of the Euclidean space. Discover geometrical properties and investigate their inner structure of spinning centers and mirror axes. Or feel free to paint in a creative way and experience how a few strokes fill the entire space in a beautiful ornament.
Please also see the official page of the original Morenaments program by Martin von Gagern: www. morenaments.de/euc/. You can find the source code, build script and instructions to start Morenaments in full screen mode (option -kiosk) at the github link below.
