“A trip in Italy”

The context in which this work is developed,it refers to the outskirts of the big cities and in particular of the territory belonging to the ISIS “Europe”. Everyday, almost without realizing it, we run into situations of degrade, pollution, or know about the effects of global warming and it doesn’t seem that is no solution to the problem. The project, with an interdisciplinary nature, involved disciplines such as: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Multimedia Design and the English language, and has seen the teachers directly involved working in a serene and collaborative climate, made up of suggestions and reciprocal conditioning. The students, who are the real protagonists, under the supervision of the teacher, created, uploaded and shared a Google Drive folder with the study of materials and in-depth and used Windows Movie Maker to create the video. In this way they have built their own knowledge and skills through real, real and transferable learning. The methodologies used were Learning by doing and Problem solving, and stimulated co-operation and comparison between teacher and learner and peer. In today’s society of knowledge , it is fundamental to guide the children towards the ability to carry out their choices in a conscious way and at the end, we thought to stimulate them through the activation of paths inherent in the scientific-mathematical field. Therefore, the goals set and widely achieved has been the improvement of skills: - Of citizenship - IT - language(english) - Of scientific microlanguage In conclusion, this path has stimulated and brought students to the scientific subjects traditionally considered difficult and often result in a scholastic failure .
